This place was really really good. I came with my wife and my cousin The way the place was decorated with all of the molding kind of Victorian style really gave us this feel like we are in a town that had lots of history. Had tall ceilings and had the depth of history but in an updated clean way.  The place was very clean, organized, spacious and set the perfect tone for being in Boston. The linens like the towels, and the comforters were very soft, clean, and plush pillows. Great location: espresso and fresh pressed juices across the street, drip coffee down the street 2 blocks, and a great restaurant (Italian) right next door. Best food we had all trip was right next door. Drew was accommodating and responsive. Great place, great host, great town and great experience. I’d recommend Drew’s place for sure Mike & Autumn S

This location was exactly as described. Drew was very responsive to every message that I sent (usually within 15 mins). I had a friend who was showing us around, and I reached out to Drew to notify him that my friend may stay a night. Drew immediately altered my stay from 2 people to three. He was very accommodating. He told me what apps to get to find a parking spot–which was very helpful. Overall, I would definitely stay at this location again! Thanks a lot, Drew!

Great location, very beautiful decorated, has minimal kitchen supplies and induction hot plate to get through breakfast needed. Check-in process is a little confusing, front door code wasn’t working, has to go through the basement/back door. Be cautious of hot water stopped working early morning. Woke up without any hot water on Tuesday.

This is one of my favorite Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. I want to live here. Amazing location, beautifully designed and decorated, super cozy bed, great products in the bathroom. No notes at all – would absolutely stay here again.

We were happy to find this location was available for our visit. Drew was responsive to our questions and provided clear “check-in” instructions. The location was easy to find and access. This is a fourth floor walk up, so take that into consideration if you have mobility issues. We were fine with it, but it is an old brownstone and the stairs are steep and winding. The room was exactly as described. It was two rooms, a main with bed and side room with a sitting area and TV. The space was perfectly clean, the bathroom was pristine. The only thing noticed was that there was makeup on the pillow cases, which made us wonder if the sheets had been laundered and changed. We were overall happy with this location and would stay here again. It was on a Main Street, with several walkable bars, restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores.

Great, new place in a wonderful neighborhood of Boston. Would stay again.

Drew has a DARLING little south end gem with this one! The building was beautiful, apartment was clean and the perfect amount of space for two. Probably the largest bathroom I’ve come across in the south end of boston which is perfect for a girls weekend with more than enough room for everyone to comfortably get ready! Located above one of my favorite Italian spots (Mida) and by countless coffee/lunch cafes, close to downtown, the esplanade, etc this was perfect for my long weekend visit. I’ll certainly be back!

Beautiful room at a great location. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit. The bed and sofa bed were both comfortable. Everything seemed recently renovated and decorated with style!

The Airbnb was beautiful. It was well decorated, felt charming, extremely clean. The linens and bedding were incredibly comfortable. The location is right on the orange line easy to find as far as metro transportation. Felt very safe in the neighborhood and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Next time around, we want to try the little restaurant right on the corner, which was always packed and looked amazing.

We had a wonderful stay. There are some really good restaurants near by and train/bus stops where a close enough of a walk so we can get around the city.

We enjoyed our 5x-night stay with Drew and would consider staying again. Among the unit’s positives: — While the location (mere feet from busy/noisy Mass. Ave.) has some down-sides, the unit is easy walking/driving distance from everything. Mass. Ave. noise is quite noticeable in the living/dining space, but extremely thick doors block noise from the bedroom; no issues sleeping. — The unit is generally well-appointed (pictures do it justice) and spacious. — The bed is extremely comfortable. — The host (Drew) is very communicative, prompt, and check-in instructions were straightforward/timely. There were a couple of negatives: — Mystifyingly, one of the light switch panels (controlling all living/dining room lights) worked only from 7:00p – 7:00a. Throughout our stay we (and Drew’s team) trouble-shot this issue repeatedly, but to no avail. No other electrical issues. — We used SpotHero for parking (avg’ing ~$30/night); would be nice if a spot was included.

Beautifully kept and located space to spend a few days. Super convenient walking to many coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants. Quaint part of town. Bed and linens very comfortable. Bathroom clean and spacious for a studio. Kitchenette has everything you need, including a cooktop which was an unexpected perk. Definitely recommend staying here.

Our stay here was lovely- conveniently located, beautiful room, looks just like the photos. Yummy coffee and pot were also provided. Be aware that street noise is LOUD starting around 7am – it’s a main road so that comes with the territory.

100% recommend. We slept 2 people so plenty of room. The place matched the photos and was extremely clean! Came with linens, plenty of towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body gel. The kitchenette would be perfect for a light fare or reheat anything you need. We found free parking three streets over per Drew’s suggestion! After that, we walked and took the subway (which you can Apple Pay to get on for roughly $2-$3 per 1 way) everywhere! It was central and always had a lively atmosphere to make you feel comfortable at night. The listing had a noise warning but we weren’t bothered at all. The stairs are what it says so as long as you are able to do them then this is the place for you!

This place was exactly as advertised: new and updated re-model with some of the original architecture and design. It was fresh, clean and roomy. The bed and linens were comfortable too. Will definitely book for next time.

Drew’s apartment is incredible. It felt like Paris. Meticulous and stately interior design. Incredible comfy bed. Convenient to Northeastern University. We’ll stay here again.

Although situated at a busy intersection, the building and accommodations are fabulous, very comfortable, tasteful and well appointed, within walking distance to many restaurants and South End amenities. Like other guests, we found parking in the Stanhope garage just over a block away easy and convenient. Among available options, I opted for The Chester to satisfy my West Coast daughter’s idea of a classic Boston walk-up and it did not disappoint. Thank you for a restful, straightforward and lovely stay!

This place is lovely. My wife and I spent our honeymoon there. The decor is excellent and the rooms are very spacious. Everything was very clean and neat. The host is quick to respond and check in and out were a breeze. 10/10 would stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at Drew’s place! It was exactly as described. We especially loved the vibe of the place and how clean and stocked it was. We felt very secure with the lock on our door as well as to the main entrance. We checked in earlier which caused the lock code to not work right away, however, Drew was very responsive in helping us to be able to check in and enter the building with no issue! I would highly recommend this place specifically and any of his listings in the future! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Positive: Great location just 2 blocks from train station and walkable to lots of places in SoWa. Neighborhood is a little spicy at night but that’s to be expected in a city. Pretty quiet in the apartment once we got upstairs. Comfy bed and lovely bathroom and a well equipped kitchenette with everything you need for a couple of days. Would stay here again! Negative: Looked like someone had tried to break in at some point. Damage to door jam should be addressed.

Immaculate brand new & gorgeously acquainted studio in the South End! Walking distance to so many restaurants and green spaces. Bed & linens very comfortable. Such a cool location but def noisy overnight since it’s a thorough way- bring white noise machine and that helps. The location & beautiful studio trumped the noisy night IMO. Thanks again Drew- we hope to come back and stay again- Boston has so much to offer!!
