Great spacious apartment that has obviously just been renovated – everything is new and clean. It has all the amenities for a comfortable stay and lots of little things to make life easier. Special thanks for the great quality cotton sheets! One small note is the steps (no elevator in the building) – there are between 20 and 40 from the sidewalk to the door depending on the floor you get the apt on. The steps are quite steep and do not look suitable for the very elderly. Drew was a great host who also provided local support when we needed it.

Virkelig flot lejlighed i en smuk bygning. Fuldstændig nyistandsat. Og virkelig lækkert indrettet. En fornøjelse. Nem adgang til byen, vi kunne gå derfra. Vær opmærksom på nabolaget. Vi kom ind fra “den forkerte” side. Miljøet ændrer sig fra gade til gade, men lige netop lejligheden ligger på et fint hjørne over en lille restaurant, og går man den “rigtige” vej, er det fint. Der var efterladt et skod og et låg til en kop, da vi kom til lejligheden, der ellers var meget pæn ren. Det var ærgerligt for oplevelsen. Derudover manglede vi lys det første døgns tid. Når alt kommer til alt, ville jeg nok booke igen 🙂

Our stay in Drew’s cozy apartment was absolutely delightful! The place was exactly as pictured – clean, bright and tastefully decorated. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk from great restaurants and shops. For dinner, I recommend Ilona Restaurant around the corner.

This is the place to stay if you want to be in the middle of things! The apartment is nicely-appointed and cozy, located within two blocks of a T station (and then just minutes from all of the places you want to go in Boston), and super clean.

We had a fantastic stay at Drew’s. Space was very clean and cozy. Great location. Mt friends and I come to Boston frequently and my friend said this has been her favorite place we’ve ever stayed

Difficult to sleep with all the sirens and cars honking, on the main drag. Figured out how to close the windows all the way on second night – one person to push upper section up, another pushes bottom section down. Brand new place, squeaky clean except for one throw pillow. Missing a blanket, host rectified it the next day. Entire building is AirBnB – upstairs neighbors did a lot of clonking around on the wood floors. Host was very nice, communicative, accommodating. Kitchen, bathroom were awesome. No stove or dishwasher. Apparently no where to take the trash during our stay – left bags in the kitchen. Not ideal if it were an extended stay

Positive: Great location, beautiful renovation, plenty of light, very comfortable bed, lovely furnishings. Negative: It would be nice to have a dresser in which to store clothes.

Positive: Really nice location, close to the fine art museum. Wonderful room with a beautiful view. We really enjoyed our stay here, wish can come back again

Clean and comfy! The place was as described, easy to get to and Drew was great. Parking was expensive but that has nothing to do with the place. The T station was just a few blocks and an easy ride. Overall it was great!

Drew is pleasant to work with, he is responsive and prompt, always ready to help. The place is clean and just like pictures on the website. The location is convenient and we’d love to stay here again when we visit Boston.

Positive: Key pads on doors… perfect. Felt very Safe. The bed and bed linen were lovely, really clean. The space is airy and generally a lovely comfortable stay. Negative: Would have been good to have a full-length mirror, I shared that feedback with the owners. Maybe a note to say if the tap water is OK to drink. I was hoping for some bottled water but there was none. It does say in the small print but I was on the top floor and there is no lift. It wasn't too bad carrying cases up about 3 flights of stairs.. all good exercise ! 🙂 But maybe not so good for less able bodies.

Beautiful place, excellent location, very responsive host, and my favorite: super clean. Note there are a lot of steps to get to the room but in the end it wasn’t difficult if traveling light. It appears that all the places around are similar in structure, and you really cannot beat the location – close to Berklee, Pops, and bus and rail lines to get into the center/Common or out of the city. Easy 30 min from the airport by public transport or 15-20 min by Uber (at night with little traffic). I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Check out the Italian restaurant just at the base of the building- so delicious!

The apartment building is in great shape, freshly painted and everything feels new even though the building itself is quite old and beautiful. drew is a very nice host. Both the bedroom and convertible beds are very comfortable. I was very happy with everything.

Positive: The building was beautiful. The apartment was also very beautiful had historic charm. The bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was remodeled and lovely. Didn’t get a chance to use the kitchen, but it looked like it would be a great place to stay for for a full week. Negative: The air conditioner in the main part of the apartment didn’t get cold, but the one in the bedroom did work well enough to cool down the entire apartment, which was nice. Also, even though the building was nice the neighborhood might’ve been near one that’s not so desirable because the evenings were filled with a lot of vagrants and loud drunk conversations.

Drew was a very great host. My wife and I needed a weekend getaway for just the two of us & this place gave us all we needed. Everything was simply explained and Drew was very responsive when we had questions. The place is as beautiful as the pictures. Parking was the only dilemma, not a huge dilemma. There just wasn’t any designated parking but we were lucky enough to find a park that was accessible right in front of the building, so it worked out. I would definitely recommend a visit here and my wife and I are already planning to come back soon.

The apartment is wonderfully cozy and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed and sofa that made us feel right at home. It was spotless, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Parking is just a quick 4-minute walk away at Stanhope Garage. We loved starting our mornings with delicious breakfasts at The Farmers Horse. We often walked to downtown, but there’s also convenient public transportation nearby if you prefer.

Fantastic room, exactly what we were looking for. Great communication from Drew! Just wish there was an elevator 😂

great stay. walking distance or short Uber ride to everything. place was clean and really easy to get into, rented parking space near by. drew was a responsive host and good communicator. would stay here again.

Very responsive and friendly. The place was absolutely beautiful and very very clean. It’s a little noisy outside since it’s in a vibrant neighborhood but other than that, everything was perfect and according to the description
