Apartment was exactly as described/pictured and very clean and comfortable for our group of 4. Host was very responsive and helpful. Great location and walkable; went to dinner at Mida adjacent to building which was fantastic. Coffee shop down the street. All the comforts of home! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Positive: The location, corner Mass Ave and Tremont Street, is great for getting around central Boston. Short walk to train and bus stations. Couple of very good cafes and restaurants nearby. Quiet apartment with a handy kitchenette, good bathroom, and lounge room. The couch folds out to an extra bed space. The main bed is a double. We were on the top floor. 20 minute walk to a Star Market for groceries. We walked to Fenway Park, the Boston Museum of Fine Arts, and Northeastern University. Negative: The night time street/traffic noise was tough initially, but with earplugs you get used to it quickly.

Great location and Drew was awesome with answering questions. Just a few blocks from the T, so it made getting around downtown easy. Great restaurants everywhere! The apartment was very cozy and comfortable and has great views of South Boston. Only two recommendation for future visiters, know that the apartment is on the 4th floor, hence the great views, and there is no elevator, and go ahead and prepay for a parking spot through spot hero near the apartment. It will make your stay so much easier! We would 100% stay here again.

We had a great stay! Roomy, clean and conveniently located to great restaurants, cafes and the T. The host was extremely quick to answer any messages. The area is a little loud but that is to be expected in a busy city area. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Drew's place is absolutely amazing. One of the best places I've stayed in Massachussets. Highly recommend!

Positive: The location was very good and the building and decor were stylish. The apartment was nicely furnished and decorated with a good view from the big bay window in the lounge. There is an excellent restaurant downstairs - MIDA, plus others nearby. Easy access to Harvard by a bus across the road or by Uber/Lyft. Negative: The apartment is on the top floor, with several flights of steep stairs. Not good for small children or anyone with mobility issues. Neither remote control for the TVs worked and as it was torrential rain the first day, we wanted to watch the TV. We had to wait until much later in the day for a maintenance man to come without notice. I wouldn't have been happy about this, had I been a woman on my own. He knocked and would have walked in, had we not opened the door. There were two bedside lamps, but one had no socket to plug it into. The sofa bed was uncomfortable for our son. The kitchen facilities were limited to basics with an electric table top hob and a microwave, rather than an oven. The worst thing was that the owner placed a deposit charge of several hundred dollars against our credit card the day before we left, with no warning or notification. This was not listed in the terms and conditions. This resulted in us almost stopping our credit card, thinking we had been scammed. We had no idea where the charge originated and it took a process of elimination and stress, before we got to the bottom of it. The charge was returned but was later put on again, days after we had left the apartment. We have never experienced this before.

Super cute place in the best location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was lovely and clean and had a real Boston feel to it. It was a good walk to local attractions but this suited us as we like to explore on foot and the restaurant downstairs was really lovely.

The location is perfect for visiting Boston. It is, however on a noisy intersection.

Perfect spot for a sisters weekend in Boston! The space was clean, had beautiful natural light and looked like the photos. AC units worked well for hot weather in Boston. Check in was easy and automatic locks worked well.

Beautiful place, excellent location, very responsive host, and my favorite: super clean. Note there are a lot of steps to get to the room but in the end it wasn't difficult if traveling light. It appears that all the places around are similar in structure, and you really cannot beat the location - close to Berklee, Pops, and bus and rail lines to get into the center/Common or out of the city. Easy 30 min from the airport by public transport or 15-20 min by Uber (at night with little traffic). I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Check out the Italian restaurant just at the base of the building- so delicious!

Positive: Key pads on doors... perfect. Felt very Safe. The bed and bed linen were lovely, really clean. The space is airy and generally a lovely comfortable stay. Negative: Would have been good to have a full-length mirror, I shared that feedback with the owners. Maybe a note to say if the tap water is OK to drink. I was hoping for some bottled water but there was none. It does say in the small print but I was on the top floor and there is no lift. It wasn't too bad carrying cases up about 3 flights of stairs.. all good exercise ! 🙂 But maybe not so good for less able bodies.

The apartment building is in great shape, freshly painted and everything feels new even though the building itself is quite old and beautiful. drew is a very nice host. Both the bedroom and convertible beds are very comfortable. I was very happy with everything.

Positive: The property is new and well presented. I like the style and Decor. Negative: There is no hot water. We were on the fourth floor of walk up, fine but tell us in the description when we book, not afterwards. New property, has done teething issues, done sockets don’t work, hence the tv doesn’t. No communication channel with anyone to resolve anything
